Program description
In response to the profound transformations reshaping luxury, gastronomy, and hospitality, Grenoble École de Management and the Institut Français de l’Hôtellerie have joined forces to launch a hybrid, immersive, and international MSc program.
This world-class degree is designed to prepare future leaders for a luxury industry in transition—at the crossroads of French expertise, innovation, and the major shifts redefining the sector.
Acquired Skills
Throughout the program, students learn to (i) design or co-develop a national and international strategic vision and translate it into business activities, (ii) manage diverse teams in international and intercultural contexts, applying responsible leadership practices, (iii) define operational directions for implementing international strategies, (iv) oversee investment choices, operational performance, and risk management with a focus on continuous improvement, (v) drive innovation processes within a defined scope of activity, (vi) conduct and defend in-depth research on strategic management issues, applying scientific reasoning and specialized knowledge.
Educational Objectives
The program aims to provide each student with the necessary tools to become a versatile and well-rounded manager. Training objectives include: (i) design and lead diverse teams in a global environment, (ii) demonstrate critical analysis of organizational, economic, and geopolitical challenges, (iii) fully evaluate the ethical and environmental impacts of decisions, (iv) understand the key issues and functions of core business departments, (v) generate innovative, adaptable solutions for rapidly changing environments, (vi) work effectively in technology-driven business contexts, (vii) gain advanced insight into current and future challenges in Gastronomy and Hospitality.
