Program description

The BBA International in Hospitality Management trains international leaders of luxury hospitality management.

Acquired Skills

Throughout the program, students learn to (i) manage the operating budget and secure profitability, (ii) market offers through multichannel strategies, (iii) oversee services with a focus on quality, (iv) recruit, manage, and ensure the administrative management of teams, (v) organize and optimize service operations (reception, rooms, housekeeping, etc.), (vi) organize and streamline services (reception, rooms, housekeeping, etc.), (vii) deliver a high-quality client experience in both French and English, and (viii) adopt a professional attitude suited to the industry while managing unforeseen circumstances and crises.

Educational Objectives

The program aims to provide each student with the necessary tools to become a versatile and well-rounded manager. Training objectives include: (i) reading and interpreting essential accounting documents, (ii) understanding the economic and financial fundamentals of the hospitality sector, (iii) applying the basics of labor law in team management, (iv) developing emotional intelligence and adopting an appropriate managerial stance, (v) designing a clear positioning and coherent marketing mix, (vi) using digital tools and social media to enhance an establishment’s visibility, (vii) designing a tailor-made customer experience and enhancing brand identity, (viii) adopting an attitude, language, and gestures aligned with the codes of French etiquette, (ix) understanding the principles of sustainable development and CSR.

Assessment Methods

Written exams, group projects, role-playing, active participation, research papers.
